 KLS Enterprise is looking for reliable, motivated drivers who want more than just miles — they want a career. Whether you’re a seasoned CDL-A driver or operating under a CLP, we provide structure, pay, and long-term growth potential. 

1. Company Drivers (W-2)

• 📦 Local, Regional, and OTR (Box Truck & Reefer & Dry Van) 
• 💰 Pay: 
  • Local: $24/hr (min 35 hours/week) 
  • OTR: $0.58 per mile 
  • Weekly Minimum: $950/week guaranteed 
• ✅ Bonuses: 
  • $200 Safety Bonus / month 
  • $300 Driver Referral Bonus 
• 🧾 Benefits: 
  • PTO & Holiday Pay after 8 months 
  • Weekly Direct Deposit (Paid Tuesdays)

2. Independent Contractors (1099)

• Must have clean driving record
• Must operate professionally under FMCSA standards 

Pay Structure:

• $.80/mile if driving a KLS truck 
• $1.20/mile if using your own truck (negotiable based on lane)

        Bonuses:

• $150 Monthly Safety Bonus 
• $250 Referral Bonus 
• Weekly Pay: Every Tuesday (processed Friday prior)

• Valid CDL or CLP
• Clean driving record (MVR) 
• DOT Medical Card 
• Must be reliable, professional, and ready to run
