Office and admin roles
Dispatch & Operations Assistant
- Support daily dispatch, load management, and driver updates
- Pay range: $18–$22/hour (or salaried)
- Hybrid or remote with on-call flexibility
- Must be organized, professional, and calm under pressure
Administrative Support / Virtual Assistant
- Email management, onboarding support, and compliance reminders
- Flexible hours, remote OK
- Must be self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented
Driving Roles
Company Driver (W-2)
Pay:
- Local: $24/hour (35+ hours/week)
- OTR: $0.50 per mile
- Weekly minimum: $950/week
Bonuses: - $200 Safety Bonus (monthly)
- $300 Driver Referral Bonus
🧾 Benefits:
- PTO & Holiday Pay (after 8 months
- Weekly Direct Deposit (Tuesdays)
Owner-Operator / 1099 Driver
Use your truck or ours
Pay:
- $1.70/mile (KLS truck)
- $2.00/mile (your truck – negotiable)

- $150 Safety Bonus
