Orientaton
CLP & New Driver Support
We offer patient, real-world training for drivers working under a CLP (Commercial Learner’s Permit) — focused on safe practices, backup technique, and business-building mentorship.
Orientation Pay
- Company Drivers: Paid $120/day for training (Mon–Wed)
- 1099 Drivers: Unpaid but access to same materials and onboarding support
- Bonuses begin after full orientation completion
After Orientation
Once you’re certified and fully loaded, you’ll be assigned your first route and officially on payroll. You’ll also have weekly check-ins and ongoing performance reviews to support your growth.
